"Terrorists" kill people

The attacks ended a relative lull in violence that had fallen over the country in recent days. Must the AP continue to refer to terrorists in quotation marks. It is really starting to piss me off. I think that since they are using guerrilla tactics and targeting civilians that qualifies them as friggin' terrorists.
